How I Can Help

I’m here to show up for you and especially during the rough times on this journey called life. I offer energy coaching on various subjects and consultations. I am also available for guidance via card readings and other forms of divination. If you’re pregnant or planning to be & are in need of empowerment or just need someone to hold space for you, I am a birth worker. Below there is more information on each offering & also Q&A at the very end.

  • I am offering a free 20 min phone call to discuss what you’re needing on your birth journey and to see if we align.

    The spiritual aspects of birth are what i'm most passionate about. I do not offer medical services. I had an unassisted home birth in 2024 so I draw on my experience and follow the divine guidance I get to empower others as well. I am here to encourage you no matter where you are in your journey and that includes if you aren’t already pregnant.

    We will discuss what your needs are during the discovery call, but here are a few topics I can help with:

    • mentally, emotionally, and spiritually preparing to become pregnant or give birth: all are connected and this can be a lot to unpack once past traumas start to make themselves known. this plus the hormonal changes can weigh on you.

    • offering encouragement and being a well of resources for you and especially if you are choosing the route of home birthing without a midwife or any other type of medical assistance.

    • energy work before, during, and after pregnancy: this can included altar building guidance before your birth. spiritual bath & herbal, and protection work guidance.

    • Personalized card spread created to suite your needs. You decide what the topic is or set the intention to receive what’s meant for you.

    • Photos, written messages (if applicable), and audio recording are sent via email. You can go back and listen whenever you feel the need.

  • Spiritual baths can serve many purposes from cleansing energy, welcoming energy, ancestral connection, protection, and the list goes on. It's an experience and chance to create a portal by working with the energy of water and other elements. I help you formulate a custom bath and you source the ingredients yourself.

    We can also make some magick using whatever you have on hand and can find in nature. A bath doesn't have to be overthought. I will guide you on how to prepare for the bath and give advice as I feel called to.

What is energy coaching?

It's similar to talk therapy but also focuses on spiritual matters or unseen elements. If everything is energy, then it stands to reason that you must deal with energetic matters if you want to create a lasting physical change. Traditional therapy can glaze over or completely avoid the fact that we are spiritual beings. Energy Coaching is a solution in bridging the gap towards meeting yourself again.

Q&A

Q: What happens after I schedule an offering?

A: After you schedule you will be prompted to fill out a short form which helps us to get the most out of the reading, consultation, or coaching session.

Q: Who reaches out for the phone or live video calls & what happens if I miss the call?

A: Zhenga will always call you first and if you don’t answer will call again in 3-5 mins. There is a 10 min total grace period and you can call Zhenga back during that time. If we can’t connect in those 10 mins it’s advised that you reschedule for a later date.

Q: What is the duration and turnaround time until I receive my audio recorded reading?

A: The duration is a long as it takes the messages to come through. Current turnaround to receive the reading is 2-7 days, weekends not included

Q: What if the cancellation and refund policy?

A: You must cancel an offering within 24 hrs, starting from the day/time you booked it in order to receive a full refund. Due to the nature of the offerings, no refunds are given once services have been provided.

Q: What happens after the birthwork offering consultation?

A: If we are aligned we move forward with making a birth plan. It’s similar to a birth plan you would make for the physical aspects of your birth, but we focus mainly on the energy work and spiritual aspects that help to guide the physical part of birth because all is connected. This will look different for each family. If we are not aligned I will do my best to direct you to others that can assist you.

Q: What are the prices for birthwork offerings?

A: While Zhenga has in mind the cost of her offerings, she is willing to evaluate on a case by case basis. Before the phone consultation you will receive a document listing the base cost of offerings. If an offering is requested that is not listed and Zhenga is confident in performing the task then a cost will be agreed upon.
